Window Cleaning
At Evolve Exterior, we give your windows the attention they deserve. Our 4-step process and advanced water purification system ensure every exterior window, door, and skylight is left crystal clear and streak-free. Using water-fed extension poles, we clean even the hardest-to-reach windows safely from the ground—no ladders, no mess.

Gutter Cleaning
Gutter Cleaning is an important part of your home's maintanence. In the Fraser Valley, we get the full experience of the 4 seasons. This means leaves, rain, and snow falling and clogging up your gutters. When not cleared, this can lead to overflowing gutters damaging your roof, or dripping on your windows.

At Evolve, we not only clear the gutters of debris, we also flush out your gutter system with a hose to make sure all gunk is gone. We also check all downspouts to make sure they are draining correctly. We also offer exterior gutter cleaning to make sure any dirt, mold build on the outside is removed.

Roof Cleaning
Keeping your roof clean isn’t just about curb appeal—it’s essential for protecting your home. Moss may seem harmless, but over time it traps moisture and breaks down your shingles, leading to costly repairs if left untreated.

At Evolve, we use a safe and effective approach to extend the life of your roof. First, we gently brush away moss from your shingles and problem areas. Then we apply a specialized softwash treatment—a blend of sodium hypochlorite and soap—that kills off remaining moss, black algae streaks, and other organic growth without harming your roof.

Our treatment continues to work after we leave, helping to prevent future growth and restore your roof’s appearance.

We stand behind our work with a 1-year moss-free guarantee. If any moss returns within the first year, we’ll come back and retreat it—no charge, no hassle.
Softwashing
A clean home exterior makes a big difference. Over time, algae, mildew, and grime can dull your siding, stain your trim, and make your home look older than it is.
At Evolve, we use a softwash system that’s tough on organic buildup but gentle on your home. Instead of high-pressure washing—which can damage surfaces—we apply a low-pressure solution of sodium hypochlorite and soap that breaks down and kills unwanted growth at the source.

My name is Aidan Morris and I founded Evolve in 2023 with the plan to create something in this world that would bring young men together to work side by side, challenging each other through hard work, service of others, and learning new skills. When you support Evolve, you are supporting young men looking to contribute to the community, sharpen their discipline, and improve as people. Our vision is to provide the best service to others while growing and developing ourselves in the process
