For most exterior work, no. As long as we have access to the work area and a water source, you don’t need to be present. For interior window cleaning we’ll just need access to those rooms.

Premium track lighting runs $3,500 for a small home, $5,000 for a medium home and $7,500+ for a large home. Permanent string lights (Govee) run $1,399, $1,799 and $2,200+. Compare both options →

Install and takedown is $399, $499 or $599+ depending on home size. In year one you also buy the pro-grade lights through us ($300–$500); every following year you only pay install and takedown.

Pricing is by trailer load: about $350 for a ¼ trailer, $600 for a ½ trailer and $1,000+ for a full trailer. Every quote is free and exact.

Yes. We use a low-pressure soft-wash system that cleans safely without stripping the protective granules off your shingles. There’s no high-pressure blasting on your roof.

GoNano is a nanosealer treatment for asphalt shingles. Its particles (40–60 nanometers) penetrate the shingle and strengthen it from the inside, instead of sitting on the surface like a coating or paint that can peel or wash away.

Premium track lighting (ChromaGlow Pro) hides the LEDs in an aluminum track, powder-coated to your trim, behind the gutter and fascia — 10 years on the lights and 2 years on our work. Permanent string lights use Govee puck lights in our own 3D-printed clips under the soffit — the budget-friendly option, with 3 years on the lights and 1 year on our work. Both are app-controlled.
