Evolve Exterior Home Services (“Evolve”, “we”, “us”) is a locally owned business based in Chilliwack, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and the service you’re interested in. We also record which page of our website you sent the form from.

If you arrived at our site from an online ad, we record basic information about that visit — such as the campaign name and the click ID that Google or Facebook adds to the link — so we know which advertising is working. Our website also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, which use cookies to measure visits and ad performance.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your quote, contact you about it, schedule and complete your job, send invoices, and follow up on our work. We use visit and advertising information to understand and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, and they process information on our behalf: GoHighLevel (customer management), Jobber (scheduling and invoicing), Netlify (website hosting), Formspree (backup delivery of quote requests by email), and Google (analytics and advertising). Some of these providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies in your browser. Our site also saves the advertising details described above in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days, so they can be attached to a quote request you send later. You can clear cookies and site data or block them in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.

How long we keep it

We keep customer information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and as required for legal, tax and accounting reasons.
